Steamboat Springs White Water Rafting

We operate river expeditions on the Colorado River, near Steamboat, with our base located at Rancho Del Rio. Our Colorado River expeditions are available from mid/late April until the end of September. We provide various options, including 3/4 day and full-day trips, all of which include a delicious lunch by the riverside. These expeditions are perfect for families, beginners, or individuals seeking a gentle and picturesque experience. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to enhance their trip by adding a Stand Up Paddleboard or an Inflatable Kayak to their adventure.

Our Upper Colorado River raft trip is a family favorite! Mild and scenic, this fully guided adventure showcases the river’s pristine beauty, with ever-changing views of meadows, valleys, rolling ranch lands, and towering canyon walls.

If you’re a first-time rafter or a family seeking an exciting introduction to whitewater, our Clear Creek Beginner trip is the ideal adventure. Amazing whitewater awaits with exhilarating class 2-3 rapids through the historic mining town of Idaho Springs.

All the necessary equipment will be provided, along with a delicious riverside lunch, a professional guide with certifications, and transportation to and from the river.

Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is a thrilling river activity, offering an adventurous alternative to traditional river navigation. At CRC, we provide SUP Rentals, Guided River Trips, and SUP Courses.

Our SUP trips on the Colorado River start at our Rancho Del Rio Boathouse, with all gear included and certified guides. We also offer half-day Intro to SUP sessions and 1-day River SUP courses.
