Blue River

The best half day Colorado rafting experience in Summit County. This river runs through a beautiful rugged landscape of Colorado ranchlands tucked up next to the mountains of the Gore Range. Come experience this gorgeous class III river located in Silverthorne, just 20 minutes from Breckenridge, 30 minutes from Vail, and only 1 hour from Denver.

The season for rafting the Blue River is May through July, depending on the season. The river flows depend largely on the water released from Dillon Reservoir, so it’s probably a good idea to give us a call to see what the river is doing this year. We do recommend wetsuits and/or splash jackets for this early season river. Don’t be afraid to bring your long underwear and fleece jackets for this classic Colorado rafting trip.

The Blue River half day is a great blast of excitement for people on a tight schedule or for those who want a quick taste of Colorado fun! This short trip has you on the water for 5 miles and departs twice daily. For your convenience, we pick guests up in Breckenridge or Silverthorne.

Upper Colorado River

The Colorado River is our favorite family friendly float trip in Colorado. Located near Rocky Mountain National Park, this gentle meandering stretch of the Colorado River is suitable for young children and grandparents alike. With scenic views including rolling ranch lands and steep canyon walls and wildlife including Bald Eagles, Deer, Beavers, and Big Horn Sheep there is always something to keep your eyes on.

The Upper Colorado River Rafting provides mild Class I-II rapids and occasional Class III rapids at higher water flow. This ¾ Day stretch of river includes a river-side lunch and natural hot springs at certain water flows.
